By filling out our wholesale application and placing a wholesale order with Sailor Studio, LLC you are agreeing to the following terms/conditions. Please read thoroughly before applying for a wholesale account.

Boho Wrap Bracelets MUST be ordered in quantities of 2 of each word/design when picking your own words. If purchasing one of our starter packages, you will receive one of each designs listed.
Penny Pop Jewelry has a opening minimum order of 10 pieces per design. (10 pair of earrings, 10 bracelets, 10 necklaces, etc.)
Re-order minimum: $150 and can be mixed and matched between lines.
Sailor Studio products are handmade piece by piece. Please visit our process page here to get familiar with how our jewelry is made. There may be slight differences in color and lettering due to this nature, the buyer accepts this when the order is placed. Each bracelet comes on custom wrap bracelet card, ready for display.
* RIBBON COLORS: We stock 10 silk ribbon colors that have proven to be great sellers on our bracelets within a retail setting. These colors are shown in the last photo of each listing. For wholesale orders you will receive a great mix of colors. For example, if you order 2 "love" bracelets you will receive the the love charm on 2 different color ribbons. If you find one color selling particularly well with your customer base, we do offer exchanges.
Please email us at email@example.com for inquires on custom wording on the Boho Wrap Bracelets. There will be a $2.00 upcharge per item for custom wording. Custom pieces are non-refundable.
Sailor Studio invoices must be paid before shipment. Orders may be placed/paid online through our website or by email and an online invoice will be sent for payment. We do not offer terms at this time.
Orders are made and shipped in order of receipt. Turn around time is usually between 2-4 weeks depending on our order load. If you would like delivery by a certain date, please let us know when placing your order and we will do our best to make it happen.
Orders $500 or more are qualified for zip code exclusivity. Your application will be reviewed to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered, but we do try to keep only one stockist per zip code (per line of jewelry). If you don’t place a re-order within 6 months, Sailor Studio will consider other stockist's requests.
*Website/Online Sales Permissions:
Sellers are only authorized to sell through the retail store that is listed on your initial application to Sailor Studio at the address given. Secondary stores must receive new approval. Sailor Studio, LLC does NOT allow our products to be sold at online auction sites, craft markets, or 3rd party websites (amazon, ebay, etc.) without written permission. Our jewelry is only to be sold under the Sailor Studio branding. We do not offer custom labeling at this time. If you only have a online store, approval will be made on case by case basis.
Please contact us within 10 days of receipt with any concerns. We offer refunds/exchanges if there is an issue with the order. After 10 days, we offer only exchanges on wrap bracelets.
Prices are subject to change depending on market/supply costs of copper, silk, enamel, etc.
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Sailor Studio, LLC. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from www.shopsailors.com Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our payment processors Stripe or Paypal.
